What We Accept

Submissions must be in English. You may include a few words or phrases in another language if you include the translation in your submission form.
You must be between 13-19 years old at the time of submission.
Written Submissions must be in a PDF format.
Art & Photography must be in a jpeg or png format.
Include the relevant trigger/content warnings.
Plagiarism, slurs, hate speech, and explicit sexual content are not allowed.
You may enter no more than two pieces in each category for your submission.
You can resubmit pieces that did not make it into a previous issue.

Explore social, political, and historical themes like criminal justice, identity, race, gender, conflict, equity, activism, and culture.
Critical essays and journalism must use sources and in-text citations. MLA format. Include a works cited page.
Word count: 600-1,500 words
